8am: Local Taliban officials have confirmed the detention of civilians in Panjshir province. Abu Bakr Siddiq, a spokesman for the Taliban governor for Panjshir, said in a video clip on Saturday afternoon (June 4th) that 30 to 40 civilians had been detained by the Taliban in the first district of Panjshir. Cycling News: Given the political situation in their country, the Afghanistan Women’s National Championships are set to be held in Switzerland at the UCI headquarters in Aigle next October 23rd. The one race, based on a 28.5 kilometre circuit, will have two categories, under-23 and elite women and around 60 participants, all currently in exile from their country, are expected to take part.
8am: Local sources in Nuristan province have reported that for the last twelve days, the forests in this province are burning into the fire, as a result of which more than two hundred acres of forests have been burned down into ashes. According to the residents, fires have been raging in the forests of Nurgram district of the province for the past twelve days.
Tolo News: The residence has existed for three hundred years. Reconstruction work began under the previous government but was halted in the wake of the political change. Cultural analysts called on the current Afghan government to prevent the residence from being demolished and to repair it as soon as possible. 
8am: A local source in Ghazni province said on Saturday that the Taliban had increased its surveillance over barber shops and hairdressers across the city recently. The source says that on Friday, the Taliban severely beat a gents’ hairdresser in the Khaja Ali area of Ghazni city while shaving the beard of a customer and broke one of his arms.
Ariana: Afghanistan’s Medicine Importers Union on Saturday urged the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) to prevent pharmaceutical drugs from being smuggled into the country and assured the people that there would be enough medicine to cover the domestic market.
