8am: Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of the Taliban police in Kabul, confirmed the news, saying that households need a certificate from the relevant police stations to move from one house to another. Zadran said to a local media outlet on Saturday (November 13th) that the Taliban’s security stations in Kabul city have distributed papers to the real state dealers and offices, which are called relocation confirmations. 8am: Sources said to Hasht-e Subh that two drones patrolled this district for hours at midnight on Saturday, November 12. Similarly, three months ago, drones targeted two targets in Darqad and Khaja Bahauddin districts of Takhar, which resulted in casualties.
8am: Sources claim that the Taliban have arrested more than 10 local residents of these districts during their inspection and have taken them to an unknown location. The sources added that the arrested persons are civilians and have no connection to any resistance force.
Khaama: The local Taliban government authorities in Kandahar province of southern Afghanistan denied the allegations of desecrating the tomb of Mullah Naqibullah Akhund, a former Jihadi commander. Reactions have followed the desecration of Mullah Naqibullah Akhund’s burial. He was one of the previous Jamiat-e-Islami jihadist commanders, and his gravesite is in Kandahar’s Arghandab district. This comes as the tombstone of the late resistance commander, Ahmad Shah Massoud, was vandalized and desecrated, which caused a stir and infuriated the public.
Michael Hughes: The U.S. House, expected to be controlled by the Republicans as a result of this week’s midterm elections, will launch a probe into President Joe Biden’s handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan after the new Congress convenes in January, Representative Michael McCaul, who is likely to lead the investigation, said on Friday.

8am: The Taliban have executed a commander of the National Resistance Front (NRF) in Khost district, Baghlan province. A reliable local source confirmed to Hasht-e Subh that Taliban members shot dead one of the NRF commanders named Khan Mohammad on Thursday night (November 10th). After being informed that Khan Mohammad returned home, Taliban forces surrounded his house at night and arrested him along with his son, the source detailed.
