8am: Furthermore, the Taliban have ordered a foreign healthcare organization in Zabul province to halt its operations. Previously, at least 15 aid organizations had suspended their activities in Daikundi province due to the Taliban’s extortion demands. All foreign organizations are now mandated to cease their educational projects entirely and surrender their equipment to the Taliban. Sources within a foreign organization informed Hasht-e Subh Daily that certain Taliban officials have demanded the transfer of specific “projects” to the Taliban’s designated organization. Khaama: Tobias Ellwood, a British lawmaker and the head of the defence select committee, suggested on Sunday that the UK should engage with the Taliban and reopen its embassy in Kabul to prevent a new wave of terrorism. Tobias Ellwood stated that he is “far from” being a “Taliban appeaser” and claimed that his brother was murdered by Islamic militants 20 years ago, Telegram reported. However, Mr Ellwood, a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve, said that on a recent visit to Afghanistan, he “witnessed unreported compromises the war-exhausted nation is currently willing to accept.” 
Ariana: Opener Liton Das top-scored with 35 as Bangladesh defeated Afghanistan by six wickets in the second Twenty20 international to take the two-match series 2-0 on Sunday. Bangladesh won the opening match of the series by two wickets on Friday, and Sunday’s follow-up – both of them in the northeastern city of Sylhet – earned them their third consecutive T20 series win, and their first against Afghanistan in three attempts. They defeated world champions England 3-0 and Scotland 2-1 earlier this year. 
Tolo News: The National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) said that the recent dust storms in the country are due to climate changes and droughts in Afghanistan and Asian countries. This comes as dusty wind has engulfed the city of Kabul. “1.5 percent of the country is forest, we cannot reduce the air pollution. Also, the government has also been unable to take serious actions to prevent air pollution,” said Sayed Mohammad Sulaimankhail, an environmental issue analyst. “…There were 32 projects in Afghanistan with practical implementation but they were suspended by the Global Environment Facility due to political issues.”
Ariana: Iran’s energy minister has once again raised the issue of its water rights and said Tehran will not compromise the rights of the nation regarding its water share from the Helmand River. Iran’s Energy Minister Ali Akbar Mehrabian said on Saturday: “Despite the fact that our water share has not been given, we are taking necessary measures to supply water to the people.”
