Tolo News: Today, the 18th day of Hout (March 8), is the 10th anniversary of the passing of Marshal Mohammad Qasim Fahim. The former president Hamid Karzai and the former Chairman of the High Council for National Reconciliation, Abdullah Abdullah, called Marshal Mohammad Qasim Fahim an “unforgettable personality” of the country.
