1TV: Afghan security forces have arrested a Taliban commander wearing women’s clothing in east, officials said Wednesday. Khezr Ali, also known as Chapi, was caught during a raid by intelligence agents in Barmal district of Paktika province, the National Directorate of Security said in a statement.
