Tolo News: Suhail Shaheen, the acting ambassador of the Islamic Emirate in Qatar, says Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is trying to link the recent shooting incident in Washington to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. In an interview with an Indian media outlet, Shaheen said the aim of this effort is to tarnish the image of the Afghan government and portray Afghans as a security threat.
