8am: Local sources have reported the detention of a Philosophy student from Bamyan University by the Taliban after he criticized the lack of security in the province. Sources claim that since the Taliban regained control in this region, at least 30 residents of Bamyan, including women and children, have mysteriously become victims of violence.
