Aamaj: Former Director of National Directorate of Security, Rahmatullah Nabil, said that Hashmat Ghani brother of Afghanistan’s runaway president, Ashraf Ghani, met the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) officials to discuss the return of Ghani to the country.
