8am: Mohammad Mohaqiq, Hezb-e-Wahdat Islamic of Afghanistan Leader has confirmed that 6 Hazara citizens have been shot dead in the Dar-e-Suf area in Samangan province. 8am: The Taliban has reportedly tortured a Hazara Shiite traveler in the city of Firuzkuh, the capital of Ghor province, for not fasting during Ramadan.
