Non-Pashtun Taliban Members Warn of Split Up If Insults Against Tajik Commander Continue

ISIS Claims Responsibility For Attack On Taliban Fighters in Badakhshan

Afghanistan International: ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack on Taliban police personnel in Faizabad city, the capital of Badakhshan province.
