Tolo News: The independent commission for overseeing the implementation of the constitution said they are concerned over the implementation of government’s agreement with Hizb-e-Islami as according to them parts of the deal are against the Afghan Constitution. It also criticized the first paragraph of the 11th article of the agreement which is about judicial immunity, arguing that it violates civilians rights. Click here to read more (external link).

“It is like, as if the CHINESE cowardly appoint a mass murderer as the vice-president of the US”.
DOASTUM’S appointment proves the true nature of the “Anglo/US” hardcore aggressive criminals and their manipulation of these proxy characters in Afghanistan..
THEY ARE ALL PSYCHOPATHS- THINKING THAT THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING BY RESORTING TO EXTREME FORMS OF DIRTY SCHEMES AND SAVAGERIES.
DOASTUM’ indulgence in long military adventures had its beginning early on with close ties with Najib’s puppet communist government. The young brain-washed recruits were coming from poor families of Turkic-speaking ethnic enclaves of north-central areas of Afghanistan. The poor kids were being trained and dispatched to various vicinities of Kabul where they were getting indoctrinated like robots to savagely attack on assigned missions in and around Kabul city and elsewhere.
THEIR MAIN DUTY WAS TO RUSH IN AND FLUSH OUT ANY DEEMED THREATS TO THE FALLING COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT POSTS OR IF THEY WERE NEEDED TO OPEN UP NEW STRATEGIC FRONT LINES AGAINST THE ISLAMIC PARTIES.
AS YOU CLEARLY SEE THE MILITARY GAME TURNED OUT TO A DIRTY ALLIANCE BETWEEN THE FAILING COMMUNIST REGIME AND THE “ANGLO/US” INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES IN KABUL.:
OBVIOUSLY THE WESTERN THUGS WERE IN FULL CHARGE OF THE EVENTS BY THE VIRTUE OF PAYING NOT ONLY DOASTUM’S’ “EXPENSES” BUT ALSO DUE TO THEIR VERY ACTIVE PRESENCE IN SAFETY UNDER THE KABUL CITY’S ANARCHY- BECAUSE OF THAT REASON THEY HAD TO “INDIRECTLY” ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LAW AND ORDER IN THE WHOLE CITY OF KABUL.
THEY WERE ENFORCING EXTREMELY RIGID RULES WHICH MEANT “KILLING ORDERS ON THE SPOT”; just to prevent any hostile incursion into the city from the local villages and town dwelling vicinities.
The RUSSIAN TROOPS were already gone by then, but yet “GILUM JAMS” were still aggressively defending and attacking where ever they were needed to push out Mujahideen from Kabul’s defined zones and perimeter.
This proves that the Western psychopath, ( mostly high level Vietcong war veterans in charge and their military strategists of English origins), were injecting disease into the soil and soul of Afghanistan.
