Khaama Press: Noor who is leading Jamiat-e-Islami party, harshly criticized the way funds were spent on counter-narcotics campaigns in Afghanistan, saying he will not taken any actions in areas under his control. He said the international community has spent over $7.8 billion to prevent the cultivation and smuggle of opium in the country over a period of ten years. Afghanistan is not the main source of narcotic cultivation- all these noise and howl is politically motivated. The criminal invaders just find a way to justify their crimes against the humanity in great land of Afghanistan.
The parasites get their best recreational narcotics and drugs from all over the world. The are all secretly sanctioned and used as sources of huge profits at various levels.
The top countries in production of narcotic cultivation are most likely:
India, Nepal, Columbia, Central America, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma and many other countries which dwarf the little production of Afghanistan.

Really; the production of narcotics in Afghanistan does not even count one percent of the of the world priduction.
Top it all the criminal imposed government has full information and even tacitly approves it in an order to use the cash money for its own criminal activities.
