1TV: A local media outlet reported that Mohaqqiq and Hekmatyar entered into verbal clash over electronic identity cards during the meeting. It happened after Mohaqqiq criticized the president for distribution of the cards and Hekmatyar stood in his defiance, based on the report which said that Hekmatyar quit the meeting shortly after the argument.
