Amu: The Noor faction of Afghanistan’s Jamiat-e-Islami party has vowed to continue resisting Taliban rule in a unified and coordinated manner, the party’s leadership council said in a statement. The council emphasized the party’s historic role in Afghanistan’s political and social struggles, recalling its participation in the fight against the Soviet occupation, resistance to terrorism, and efforts to establish peaceful transfers of power.
