Tolo News: US State Department has said the decision to launch a mass protest by the ousted Balkh governor Atta Mohammad Noor in 15 provinces is an internal issue of Afghanistan and that it should be dealt in Afghanistan by Afghan officials. Government and Jamiat have held more than 10 rounds of talks since the beginning of the tension, but the negotiations lead them nowhere. Click here to read more (external link).
