Atta Mohammad Noor
ANI: Atta Mohammad Noor, Governor of northern Balkh and leader of Jamiat-e-Islami Party of Afghanistan and Mohammad Mohaqiq, the second deputy to the CEO has issued a draft resolution in which they accused President Ashraf Ghani of working beyond the law and monopolising political power and also sought return of General Abdul Rashid Dostum, the First Vice President.
