Tolo News: So far, the details of Abdullah’s proposed plan have not been made public, but sources told TOLOnews recently that Abdullah has accepted the leadership of the High Council of Peace and Reconciliation but he has asked for 50 percent share in the cabinet and executive authorities in the appointment of governors and police chiefs in some provinces.
