Tolo News: The Pentagon is preparing to punish specific members of the U.S special operations forces and others involved in a bungled airstrike on Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) – or Doctors without Borders – hospital in northern Kunduz province. The airstrike that was carried out in October last year during the Taliban’s siege on Kunduz city – which left 42 civilians, including MSF staff, dead.
