8am: According to local sources in Helmand, as a result of flooding in the province, 10 nomads have lost their lives. On Saturday, a reliable local source, who did not want to be named, told that these floods occurred overnight in the villages of Tazani and Khashrod in the Nawzad district of Helmand province.
