Taliban Arrest Civilian in Paktika Whose Brother Posted Critical Content on Facebook

8am: According to local sources, after this Facebook post, the Taliban arrested Ayaz Bacha, the brother of Mohammad Muqtasad, in Yusuf Khel district of Paktika province. Education department in Afghanistan instructs employees to keep beards
