ICC Prosecutor Defends Dropping US from Afghan War Crimes Probe

Four wounded in Kabul blast

Ariana: The Emergency Hospital in Kabul has confirmed four people were wounded in an IED explosion in Salim Karwan square in PD4 around midday Thursday.
