Tolo News: President Ashraf Ghani on Wednesday approved two crucial laws including the draft law on electoral reforms and the much-awaited census law. “The president has approved the draft law on election reforms and the law is prepared, the law on which the ministry of justice is working, all issues pertaining to the law will be finalized by the concerned ministry and will be put into practice soon,” said Ghani’s spokesman Haroon Chakhansuri.
