Khaama Press: The Afghan government has signed the draft peace agreement with Hezb-e-Islami group led by Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, Deputy Chief Executive Mohammad Khan said. He told reporters that the draft agreement has been signed and will become enforceable once the Hezb-e-Islami party signs it.     Where is the truth behind all this underground infused noise and games which are now surfacing periodically.

    They are filled with political mysteries in the midst of gripping military dramas all across the country ?????

    Could some one please elaborate the reality of this skewed “accord” and its ramifications !
