8am: Local sources in Ghazni province have reported that Taliban fighters subjected several residents of Nawur district to “horrific” torture. According to these sources, the Taliban fighters subjected a local doctor to extreme torture, leaving him in a “critical condition.” Presently, dozens of families have abandoned their homes and sought refuge in the mountains due to fear of the Taliban.
