8am: Sources in Panjshir province say Taliban soldiers have tortured a civilian until the victim fainted and then left him in a deserted area. Sources on Monday (June 20th) told Hasht-e Subh that the man was named Faridullah and was a resident of Anaba district. Click here to read more (external link).
