1TV: Afghanistan’s First Vice President Abdul Rashid Dostum on Tuesday warned of consequences after a district police chief loyal to him was arrested by the government forces in northern Faryab province. Dostum, who is living in Turkey for more than a year, said that Nizamuddin Qaisari was arrested and taken to Kabul based on false reports and conspiracies.
