Tolo News: Mohammad Mohaqiq, the second deputy of Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah, said the First Vice President General Abdul Rashid Dostum should return to Afghanistan and that foreigners should not interfere in this matter. Addressing a ceremony on 23rd death anniversary of Abdul Ali Mazari, the slain leader of the Islamic Unity Party of Afghanistan, Mohaqiq said the tension between government and Atta Mohammad Noor, the ousted governor of Balkh and CEO of Jamiat-e-Islami Party, should be resolved through talks.
