Abdul Karim Khedam

1TV:  Few days ago, the central government replaced Abdul Karim Khadam, a senior member of Jamiat-i-Islami, with Abdul Latif Ibrahimi as the governor of the northern Samangan province. The move was, however, rejected by Kadam and Jamiat-i-Islami leadership. The party and the government reached agreement over the issue and the new governor will take office today.
