SIGAR Report Speaks Of Corruption In Mines Ministry

Tolo News: The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction on Thursday spoke out about corruption in the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum and said flawed infrastructure, unprepared projects, and corruption were all inhibiting factors in the development of Afghan resources. In this report SIGAR has reviewed some $488 million USD spent on a number of projects in the country.
