It is the development of a new and “supposedly’ more effective’ military strategy, by the newly-insltaled international war mongers, that is shifting on rhetorics only- it has been all along based on same arrogantly-conducted parasatic ideals ever since the beginning of the grand invasion.
The grand invasion did indeed fulfilled the original military objective of weakening the regional Islamic alliances; but, with no traces of any replaceable initiatives that would restore peace into the lives of the cornered locals- it is based merely on ruling under the anarchies across the country.
