Khaama: The process which started Sunday, August 22, the Kabul municipality personnel removed barriers erected in front of the defense ministry. The barricades had dramatically narrowed the streets of Kabul and were said to be the biggest cause behind bumper-to-bumper traffic in the city which had created major problems for the citizens.
