1TV: Russia said on Saturday that Afghan President Ashraf Ghani had agreed to send a delegation of peace officials to a multinational conference in Moscow on coming Friday that will be attended also by the Taliban. The meeting was previously postponed by Russia after the Afghan government turned down the invitation on the grounds that peace talks with the insurgent group must be led by Afghanistan.
