Khaama Press: An Afghan lawmaker managed to escape Taliban captivity nine hours after he was kidnapped in one of the relatively volatile provinces of Afghanistan close to capital Kabul. Nasrullah Sadeqizada Neli representing central Daikundi province in the Afghan parliament was abducted from the restive Maidan Wardak province.
