Women’s Taekwondo Competition Held in Kabu

Tolo News: Afghan women’s one-day taekwondo open competitions in Kabul ended with the victory of the Abrishom Dorakhshan team on Sunday. 50 female taekwondo athletes in multiple weight-categories participated. 3 Afghan MMA Fighters Prepare for Fights Abroad

Tolo News: Nasratullah Akhonzada, an Afghan mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, announced that he is prepared to attend an event in Russia in March hosted by the Absolute Championship Akhmat (ACA) organization. Afghan taekwondo team heads to Uzbekistan in lead up to Olympics

Ariana: A group of six taekwondo athletes left Kabul on Tuesday for Uzbekistan in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics. Afghans Win 7 Medals, Including Gold, in Intl Taekwondo Event

Tolo News: The national taekwondo team won seven medals in the Nepal Open International Virtual Poomsae Taekwondo Championships, in which athletes from 30 countries attended. The medals were won by Mohammad Idris Qarizada (gold), Sayed Rustam Akbari (silver), and Sayed Zarif Hashimi, Sumaya Adil Niazi, Anzaroot Wali, Abdul Muoz Ahmad Salik and Sardar Agha (bronze).

Taekwondo Competition Held in Kabul

Tolo News: A one-day taekwondo competition was held in Kabul on Sunday with 100 athletes participating. The Afghan athletes came from Kabul, Takhar, Balkh and Kunduz province and competed for spots within the Asia and Olympics games. Afghan Athletes Bring Home 11 Medals from Russia

Tolo News: Afghan athletes got 11 medals, including two gold, two silver and seven bronze medals, from International Jujitsu Tournament of the St. Petersburg Open 2020 organized by Russian Jiujitsu Federation on October 23-25. Cricket Chairman Fires CEO Stanikzai

Tolo News: Farhan Yusefzai, chairman of the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB), on Monday fired Lutfullah Stanikzai, the CEO of ACB. Turkey helps out Paralympic body in Afghanistan

AA: Turkey’s state-run aid agency delivered sports and office equipment to the Herat Paralympic Federation in western Afghanistan on Tuesday. Afghan Taekwondo Athletes Won Silver Medals in UAE

3rd February, 2020 · admin

Tolo News: Farzad Mansoori and Mohsen Rezaee, Afghan Taekwondo competitors, both won silver medals in the Fujairah Open International Taekwondo Championship G2 in the UAE after each beat four opponents.
