Tolo News: Legislators from Faryab on Sunday said the ongoing counterinsurgency operation led by President Ashraf Ghani’s first vice president Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum, was dramatic and that the operation is not being carried out strategically so as to permanently eliminate insurgents.
