Soviet-era landmines still rock Afghanistan

Reuters: It’s been decades since the Russians laid millions of landmines in Afghanistan, and the explosives are still taking lives. Now funding to clear the mines is shrinking, and a rising Taliban insurgency is complicating things. Reuters Correspondent Josh Smith says the victims of all this are mostly children.     They are not fighting each other (Anglo-US. VS. OTHETS)- they areally building their weapon of mass destructions to bully; humiliate and use it against Islamic countries.
