A model of the new Parliament building.

Tolo News: Afghanistan’s new Parliament building, which boasts the biggest dome in Asia, is set to be inaugurated in the next few days  –  all thanks to India. The design is a combination of Mughal and modern architecture and is situated between Kabul’s decades-old historic landmarks King’s Palace ‘Darulaman’ and the Queen’s Palace – which bear the marks of the war and tell the story of conflict and devastation.
