Khaama Press: Former lawmaker and leader of the National Participation Party of Afghanistan Najibulllah Kabuli has called on Hezb-e-Islami leader Gulbuddin Hekmatyar not to act on the instructions issued by Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence which is accused of supporting the Afghan militant groups.
