USAID announces $10 million to combat human trafficking in Afghanistan

usaid1TV: The U.S. Agency for International Development on Monday announced $10 million to help combat human trafficking in Afghanistan. The fund will be used under a three-year project by International Organization on Mirgation (IOM) where Afghan institutions are expected to effectively prosecute traffickers, protect victims, and improve regional coordination to combat cross-border trafficking, according to a press release by USAID.
