Tolo News: A new decree issued by Iran’s Interior Ministry enables Afghan refugees in the country to get schooling for their children free of charge, Iranian media reported. The Afghan families residing in Iran will no more have to pay any fee to sign up their children in Iranian schools, the Iranian Interior Ministry said.
