Tolo News: President Ashraf Ghani has ordered that Khalilullah Frozi, ex-CEO of Kabul Bank must serve out his full 10 years in prison and pay his court ordered fine of $137 million USD, said Sayed Zafar Hashemi, the deputy presidential spokesman on Monday.
