1TV: A former Pashtany bank head and his six other employees have been jailed for 10 years each over embezzlement of more than one billion Afghanis several years ago. The court has also ordered Hayatullah Dayani and others to repay the stolen money, the Attorney General Office said Sunday. Dayani presided the government-owned bank from 2006 to 2008.
