    Who is ordering these weird degrees ?????

    THUGS. OR. THE THUGMARS

    AS LONG AS THE “FOREIGN RAPISTS AND MURDERERS” ARE STATIONED AND ALLOWED TO ROAM IN AFGHANISTAN,

    YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO CLEANSE AND CURE THE CONTAMINATED SOUL AND BODY OF THE GREAT LAND.

    As long as the foreigners are stationed and in charge of
    Afghanistan;
    you would never able to get rid of corruption.
