Haqqani Network and Taliban still act against Afghanistan from Pakistan: Atmar
Khaama Press November 27, 2015 The Pakistan-based Haqqani Terrorist Network and Taliban’s Quetta Council (Shura) still operate against Afghanistan from their safe havens within the Pakistani soil, National Security Advisor Hanif Atmar said Thursday. In his meeting with Ali Sait Akin, the Ambassador of Turkey to Afghanistan, Mr. Atmar said the Taliban group and Haqqani
