Earthquake Destroys 1,000 Homes in Badghis

8am: The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reports more than 1,000 homes have been destroyed due to the earthquake in western Afghanistan, particularly in Badghis province.
