Afghanistan is world’s third least happy country: UN report

1TV: Afghanistan is ranked third least happy country in the world, according to an annual survey released on Wednesday. The 2019 World Happiness Report, released by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, showed that Afghanistan were nine spots down from last year. Government spends 1.5 billion afghanis annually on official trips
