BBC News: Ireland were on the receiving end of two controversial lbw decisions as they lost their second one-day international against Afghanistan by 34 runs.     Bad decisions by umpire, it was a shameful to see Stirling was given out, decisions like that makes afghan umpire chance limiting in international areana, pluse giving us bad name,
