On Saturday, Afghanistan lost to India by 33 runs in the second match of the Tri-Nation Under-19s Tournament, currently being held in India.  The Indian team won the coin toss and chose to bat first. They scored 236 runs (all out; 50 overs). Afghanistan only managed to score 203 runs (all out; 47.3 overs). This was India’s second win in the tournament. In the opener match, they had defeated Bangladesh by 82 runs. Afghanistan will play Bangladesh in their second match on Sunday.
