Tolo News: With worsening air pollution and growing mounds of garbage in Kabul, a city that still has no mayor, members of the public on Wednesday slammed the president for not fulfilling his election campaign promises. They said that in the run up to elections, President Ashraf Ghani promised to take a corrupt municipality, Kabul, and turn it into a clean and transparent one – a municipality that will change the face of Kabul city. But, after 19 months in power, this has yet to happen.
