Tolo News: At least 40 Afghan Local Police (ALP) force members are under siege by the Taliban in Pashtonkot district of Faryab province, local officials said Thursday. Faryab provincial council deputy Mohammad Tahir Rahmani, who confirmed the siege, said the ALP members have been locked in a battle for the past four days and currently face a food and weapons shortages.
